About us

Our story
Serve and Surf began with a simple and genuine desire: to create a space where young people could experience love in action. What started as a small gathering of friends passionate about surf culture, service, and mentorship has grown into a movement committed to shaping the next generation through hands-on experiences and real community. With the ocean as our classroom and service as our shared language, we exist to equip youth and young adults to live with purpose and lead with love.
What sets Serve and Surf apart is our belief that transformation doesn’t just happen in classrooms — it happens in motion, in community, and through meaningful relationships. Whether it’s catching their first wave, picking up trash side-by-side, or simply showing up for one another, every moment is an opportunity to plant something lasting. We’re not just teaching skills — we’re forming lives.

Serve like family, surf like locals & lead in love — on mission to form the next generation with purpose & impact wherever they go.
The Mission
Because who they become matters.
